I will never forget AAU Nationals and playing down in the Blue Chip Tournament at VCU and other collegiate gyms while down there. This is by far one of the most beautifullest hotels I have stayed in. RecommendedI thought the hotel was beautiful. I love neutral and earth tone colors so as we entered the lobby, we were meet with plants, water, and a pond.. It was a nice place to unwind in an oasis type environment. We were greeted with a friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very courteous. I would definitely come back.
I stayed here with my family for a weekend trip and had the time of my life. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the staff was very pleasing. Anytime I'm in Richmond this is where I'll be staying
Excellent Hotel in the heart of Richmond, VA there is a lot to offer with this hotel including a complimentary breakfast buffet where breakfast is made to order they have a omelette station. Also to mention they have a fitness center, pool, and jacuzzi open later than most other hotels as well as a sauna. After our stay this one of the best hotels we stayed at on our weeks long vacation
Mr. Bobby is the greatest! I stayed at the embassy for 3 weeks leaving on friday and coming back on Sunday and he remembered my name every time. He should be your trainer for the rest of the staff. ( they were good but they could be better). Didn't care for the restaurant food but breakfast was great.
Place was amazing! Happy hour drinks were great! Staff very at tentative! Suites awesome and can't beat it. Just wish they took pets even for a fee as I would surely return.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
