Very friendly staff, especially Taylor & Bobby, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect!!! Love the breakfast and happy hour! We cannot wait to return and see the renovations!!
Been here 30min and it's horrific, waited in line and had to watch as another front desk receptionist call for help, after more than 8 people were attempting to check in...another receptionist emerged from the back area and thus commenced the eye rolling, snide comments, and constant reminders of renovations, WE did not know how extensive it was at all!!!! not only is this hotel renovating, it is mainly barricaded off in a distasteful way, thin plastic barricades that are ripped, the room is far from what we are paying or sh... read more
Even with the renovations... We still enjoyed our stay, the staff was great and especially Bobby, he is a beautiful soul.
The staff was for friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable. As for the room the bathroom is too small and it would have been better to have it on the outside of the bedroom. Like some else said when you have kids that made it difficult when they are trying to sleep or vice versa. They are currently doing renovations so construction is going on which makes the elevator take forever and the hallways really hot. I look forward to seeing the new updates when it is complete.
Short over night stay. Did not get to fully enjoy all amenities. Views were not good, under construction, and our room overlooked the Air Conditioners. Room was comfortable, and breakfast was great.
RecommendedThe service was wonderful! Everyone at the front desk was so helpful. Very courteous. Room service was excellent- especially Cornelius. Awesome "happy hour".
