The staff that work directly with the clients are fantastic! Stephanie, Brooke, Adriana the nursing staff and ALL of the care staff that supported our child were absolutely outstanding! Very caring, easy to talk to and real about what they were experiencing with our child. They were truly a team and there to support not only us as a family but our child. My daughter was here for six weeks after being at a PHP. The first two weeks were very rough but at all times we felt supported and encouraged and knew she was in the hands of professionals. It truly got bad before it got better. The staff is AMAZING from the life coaches, the cook, the nurses, to the clinical director. My special shout out goes to my daughter’s therapist Devyn Collins. After finding out our insurance was out of network I was told 3 days in a row that I would receive an email with alternative resources and received nothing. I was even willing to take out an additional policy to try this place for my daughter and embark admissions made no effort to even follow up after learning we were out of network. Even a “sorry I don’t have any information” is better than empty promises when a child in in crisis.
