My child went to embark to get help with his mental health condition. My child has nothing but good things to say about the staff, and I am happy with the care he received. The staff is amazing, the therapist and psychiatrist went over board with their support. There is still work to do after Embark, and this was just the beginning to big changes in our lives.
I'm stuck here with [REDACTED] help us we are trapped they won't let me do anything I hate it here we need help. Cass, Tony, and Richie are GOATS so they got the review up to two stars. Cheyenne sucks though all hate to her she makes me so mad I hate it here help me, she bumped it down to one. Jen is pretty alright she's chill. Rezmeo and Juliet is a lot of fun. They won't give me a roommate and my room is dying so they put me in the 1-to-1 room. They didn't let us go out to the basketball court to grab me a roommate so I'm ... read more
The staff that work directly with the clients are fantastic! Stephanie, Brooke, Adriana the nursing staff and ALL of the care staff that supported our child were absolutely outstanding! Very caring, easy to talk to and real about what they were experiencing with our child. They were truly a team and there to support not only us as a family but our child. My daughter was here for six weeks after being at a PHP. The first two weeks were very rough but at all times we felt supported and encouraged and knew she was in the hands of professionals. It truly got bad before it got better. The staff is AMAZING from the life coaches, the cook, the nurses, to the clinical director. My special shout out goes to my daughter’s therapist Devyn Collins.
