Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
