I thought their whole thing was that you could sign up and pay online and someone shows up and cleans your house. I signed up and put my credit card information on their website and I never heard another word. No one ever called me and no one ever showed up. I wish I could give them less than one star.

eMaids of Knoxville was a pleasure to do business with! They arrived promptly at my new home as promised. They did an extremely, very thorough cleaning job and also made sure that I was completely satisfied every step of the way as they were performing my move-in cleaning. They take a lot of pride in their work and will not leave the job until you are 100% satisfied with their service. What a great clean. The girls were professional and cleaned to the standard I requested. I setup weekly cleaning.
