Nice people presale, no customer service post sale if problems occur. I quit wanting to deal with my wood burning fireplace and decided I wanted gas logs and went to Eli Stokes’ store. I left them top reviews as they scheduled the work, and their people and sub-contractor seemed pleasant and efficient. Then the device quit working in less than 2 weeks, they tried to fix it 5 weeks later, it failed again, and they changed their story about what was wrong. Ely Stokes installed a Majestic Gas Log Insert. Our first visit to the showroom was great with the help of Stephanie and office staff to sort out what product(s) would work for our home. From the gas line install by Dorman to the installation by Zach and John was the best. No problems and everything was done as promised and on time with no hassle. .
Wayyyyyyy over priced. Charged me $95 just to look at my chimney and tried to sell me $1800 of repairs, that other places can do at half the cost.There are so many other companies in town who come out for a free estimate, I highly suggest you shop around
