We had a chimney sweep and inspection completed on November 19, 2019 and were told our chimney was not in working condition. We were promised a quote on the repairs within a week. I reached out to the company two weeks after the inspection and received no response, not have we received the promised quote on repairs.
John was informative and knowledgeable. We have had Eli Stokes service our gas fireplace for several years now, and they have been responsive and very professional.
We have been using Ely Stokes for our yearly inspections and cleaning for the last 7 years. we are always completely satisfied with their service, rofessionaism, attention to detail, willingness to explain and answers questions, , friendliness and cleanliness. they keep your info on file so if there are any concerns or things like cracks to be monitoring they have you covered. also it helps because who remberes when you had your fireplace serviced LAST year . they replaced our chimney cap and we have had no problems. we woul... read more

Ely Stokes has not been a real reliable company for me...Getting a return call is practically impossible , getting someone out to look/repair a fireplace is just as impossible... They have so much potential and I keep trying but I am getting close to finding someone else... Maybe a little public feedback with motivate them to get in gear????
