Our waiter was great !!! And our steaks were delicious!!
Server was great and very knowledgeable. I had a 3 course meal with grilled artichoke, NY Strip, mashed potatoes and chocolate cake. My wife had the 3 course premium with tenderloin, mushrooms and cheesecake. We had a bottle of Coho Red. Steaks, desserts and wine were awesome. My grilled artichoke was like eating burnt corn husks and won't order again. Over all, very pleased. I suggest removing the artichoke from the menu.

Elway's General Manager in Vail is awesome. Very personable and the food is really good too. Overall, I highly recommend eating here. We make an appoint to come here every vacation to Vail.
We sat in the bar, the white sangria was good, little to much ice. Calamari, beets n with Parm cheese delicious. Also the slider n waffle fries. The ad in the Vail Daily said sliders, but the waitress said you only get one slider. Didn't think that was OK, we should always honor your advertising. But the food was good.
It was our last evening in Vail before heading back to CT... decided to stay close to the Lodge & Elway's seemed like the perfect spot to spend our time. We sat & ate in the bar, and our server, Anna, was a delight. We ate lid fare & drank some wonderful wine... too bad we had to leave the next day 👍
