Very lovely evening with our son and a friend. My husband and I had petite filet (I had sautéed onions-amazing) and he added the lobster tail. Both children had lobster with creamed corn and au gratin potatoes. Service was great.
We went for drinks and appetizers, the spinach artichoke dip was amazing... the calamari was ehh. Drinks and atmosphere were great.
Here's the run down on our dinner at Elway's on Wednesday Dec. 28, 2016. My 12oz NY strip, was well prepared and delicious. A 9 out of 10. My wife's dinner salad was ice cold and had ice at the bottom of her salad bowl. Her salmon was uneventful and rated a 5-6. The two potatoe side dishes (the augratin and Yukon mash), were average at best. Definitely not the best or even a very good Steakhouse. Not like the great Steakhouse's in Chicago. Service was a 6-7.
A lot of fun! Food was great & staff was terrific all the way from beginning to end A little pricey but they make up with excellent service. �
