All 3 of the filet mignon we ordered were under cooked and charred on the outside as well as the table next to us.

Terrible, absolutely terrible! We had a party of 8 this evening. Ordered a couple of bottles of wine and drinks. The first 15 minutes of us sitting down was solid. When the food finally came, 7 out of 8 steaks were way over cooked. Conveniently, nobody came around to ask us how our steaks were cooked. We never got refills on our drinks. 45 minutes went by before someone came to our table. Even then, nobody asked how our food was. Absolutely horrible! Had dinner tonight with 2 buddies. The service was great but all three of our orders came out wrong! Seriously! Tonight was a slow night in Vail and Elway’s was less than half full ... how does this happen? Awful experience for us! Give me the Red Lion any day
