Over priced. A bunch of rah rah over nada. Beautiful, yes. Food meh. The rice is like a pilaf. The beans are plain Jane. You can keep it.
My husband and I happened upon this delightful restaurant. It was one of the best dining experiences we've experienced from the ambiance, drinks and food, to the music. We will definitely return!
I thought the Chile Rellenos were next to the best ever tasted. I was on a trip to Baja once and had Rellenos made by a local woman cook and of course those were the best I ever tasted, but Elvira's is next!
A must do when in this quant little town in Tubac, AZ. Mexican food with atmosphere and the food is to "DIE FOR!" Guacamole with cranberries.......who would have thought? Will try AGAIN ....... every time I'm in Tubac!
The food was good but took to long. The wait staff was terrible. Couldn't remember to bring my water or our ticket. The atmosphere was good.
