Cuisine superb, aesthetically beautiful and in a lovely Tubac location.
So we were in Tubac for the art festival. My husband wanted lunch & we had heard good things about Elvira so we thought we would give it a try. It was okay. Overpriced for lunch ($13.95 for guacamole ). Atmosphere was nice & if you are willing to pay for it....give it a try. We are from Tucson but not sure whether we will try the location here in town.
Food was excellent! Staff wonderful! Atmosphere Magical! Drove 1 1/2 hours for the experience and I look forward to a return trip!
Elvira's in Tubac is one of my top 5 favorite restaurants in the world. Love to bring people here for special occasions. The decor is stunning the service is welcoming and professional and the food is unique. Best margarita I've ever had in the world. My favorite dish is quesadillas poblanos.
