Last year when I was there I had a pleasant experience but this time was horrible. I went to get highlights and they did t come out quite right!so yesterday I went back to get redone! Well, I had a different stylist and she was horrible to me. She acted like I irritated her the whole time I was there. She was rude, dismissive, and at the end without really asking if I liked it bc she had to go back again and put in a couple low lights she already had picked up my stuff and was taking me to the desk. The manager of this store is rude, impolite, nasty and inconsiderate. Do NOT go there.

I was a walk in yesterday with a free coupon and very excited that I was able to get my hair colored that same day . I asked for my natural color which is brown . I did not want my hair cut but was told I would walk out with wet hair if I did not get at least a trim Really I was shocked when I was told that so I got a trim it was to cold outside to leave with a wet head. I’m incredibly disappointed with color that was put on my hair. I asked for chunky red and blonde lowlights and highlights. And came out with carrot red. I called to ask for it to be fixed and came out with strawberry bleached blonde. I cannot do anything more with my hair for at least six weeks. I paid extremely high for the whole process and my hair was ruined. Im disgusted. I even went to an expert (so they said) stylist. ��. I do not recommend this salon. Price gouging is definitely going on for poor work.

It took me 3 and 1/2 hours to get my hair cut and colored. This is the second time it's taken me this long. It might b time to explore new salons. My hair color is streaked at the front and side of hair. Looks like I already have roots and it was done yesterday
