I went to this salon yesterday and I am incredibly unhappy with the way my hair turned out. I came in wanting straight across bangs and ombre and asked that she left my hair long. I left with layers in my hair, cut about 4 inches off my length, and side bangs with caramel highlights. When i asked for ombre she said it would take too long and we would have to make another appointment for that, which I was fine with.
