Terrible experience! And will never go back. My aunt got me a full color for Christmas, I scheduled an appointment and went in. They had scheduled me with a great colorist but she got double booked so I ended up having my hair colored by her assistant! Needless to say my hair was ORANGE, when I asked for PURPLE! I had a photo shoot the next day. I went from elon salon, up the road to Three 13. They shampooed me out and I still had COLOR IN MY HAIR! The ladies at Three 13 stayed late to fix my hair!
