I have to say that Magda made my experience at Dr. Bob's on Elmwood an extremely enjoyable one. Magda offered an immediately warm and calming presence- I felt compelled to confess my flossing habits (or lack thereof) to which she was encouraging and informative, yet never condescending, around the reasons I should reconsider my habits. I always receive great service from Dr. Bob’s Elmwood Avenue Buffalo location. Franky, my hygienist was kind and very thorough!
This was my first visit to this practice. I felt they took the time to explain my dental health and options available. I am glad I decided on this practice. Fees seem very reasonable compared to my last dentist.
Sandra was very professional. Office was clean and modern. Friendly staff. I was in and out in a timely manner.
