I was a longtime patient at another Dental Practice on Elmwood in Kenmore. When a crown on a front tooth fell out over the weekend, I called my dentist at 8:00am Monday morning(I took the day off work) and asked to see me as an emergency patient that day but was told nothing was available and to call again the next morning and they would see if there was a chair available. My sons and I have been coming to Dr. Bob's on Elmwood for several years now. I've tried other dental practices and I've found Dr. Bob's to be at the top. The staff is always so kind and professional.

I have had a life time of dental problems and have been to many dentists. I was scheduled to have a tooth extracted in a few weeks. Although the Dr. Bob's office I go to was booked solid. They called other Dr.Bob's locations and got my scheduled for the extraction the next morning. As far as the extraction goes...BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !! The staff—front desk, hygienist and dentist— are invariably highly competent AND personable. As much as one can enjoy going to the dentist, I do—at Dr. Bob’s on Elmwood in Buffalo.
