I've been going to Dr. Bob's on Elmwood for several years now and I can honestly say I don't mind the dentist! I've only had 2 dental hygienists since I've been going and I go every 6 months. The other employees have been there for years, so it's always a familiar face. They're professional, listen to what I'm saying, and seem to genuinely care for their clients! I have recommended people to go here in the past and will continue to do so!!

Receptionists were nice. The Elmwood location's business hour was not long. I was trying to make an appointment but their schedule was so full. Even I called them on a rainy day, there was no one canceled appointment at the time I called. but once they found out there was one available. They called me immediately. They provided a pair of "sunglasses" because the light was too sharp when I lied down. The hygienist was very nice and I can feel she put a lot of effort to polish my teeth with many tools. I am picky about customer service. Every aspect of making the appointment, a last minute schedule change, the front desk personnel, the hygienist and the doctor were very pleasant experiences and exceeded my expectations.
