I bought Toyota RAV4 2017 at Elmore Toyota. The seller offer me to install the second KARR Security systems alarm. After two year and nine months, my car started with the battery problems. I've changed the battery three time within 3 years. After inspecting with a couple mechanic at different dealer, I was told it's a second alarm that cause of battery draining. This place is really HORRIBLE! It should not get even one star. The sales people are all extreme high pressure and rude! They sent out FIVE people from sales reps to sups to try and get me to buy an SUV for more than I wanted to pay and even tried to get me to finance claiming that it would benefit me. The sales rep who initially approached me wanted to take the keys to my car claiming that they needed to look at it for the trade in value. At first I could not decide whether these people were incompetent or dishonest. The "internet sales director" sucked us in with a deal, claiming he could get the particular car we wanted from another dealership, and we agreed to the fee of $600 for them to do that. Then once they got us in for the paperwork, they tell us they have to start adding in extra "dealership added" features that were not part of our agreement. Eventually they waived that.
