The first destination on the #chimichase2017 was a success!! Elmer's Tacos, in Chandler, had a flavorful, crispy chimi (you have to order a burrito and ask to have it deep fried). My last few bites were all tortilla, and you have to order sour cream and guacamole on the side, but the chicken was well seasoned and mixed with just the right amount of flavorful add-ins to make it delicious, and the tortilla was perfectly crunchy.
