History Established in 1974. Elmer was born in Sonora, Mexico and came to the United States at age of 11. He grew up in Los Angeles area and started his work career very young. LOVE this place! Food is delicious and fresh and everyone is so nice and welcoming!! And bonus, the price is super fair. I def recommend the pastor burro plate and the carne asada tacos on soft corn tortilla! Well, everything i have tried is amazing!
