History Established in 1974. Elmer was born in Sonora, Mexico and came to the United States at age of 11. He grew up in Los Angeles area and started his work career very young. My in laws found Elmers before I even moved here. But now my wife and I have our GO-TO Mexican place! I highly recommend the Pastor; a friend of mine drives from the West side to get it.
