Yesterday I shadowed at Elm Point Animal Hospital!!! I shadowed Dr. Lange on his appointments and surgeries. I had many nice technicians to answer most of my questions and explain to me what was happening in each surgery. I saw six different surgeries on five different animals (two dental procedures, two spays, one neuter, and one small mass removal from a cat's chin). I was looking for a great place to go for grooming my pet my friend told me about her pet being injured and Lindsey was very nasty toward her... I love my baby!!!.. Management needs to look in to this! I'm telling all my friends!
We have only been with Elm Point for a short time, but in that short time they have been AMAZING! They are all so kind and helpful and Dr. Little really takes his time with you. We have tried a couple other vets, but this time we have found our forever home! Thank you!
