The staff is amazing and I can say enough wonderful things about the Doctors! Dr. Little always took plenty of time with my dog at her checkups and explained any issues thoroughly and too time to answer questions or concerns. I never felt rushed and always knew that my pet was part of their family. Recently she passed away and the sympathy we received from Dr. Little and staff was above an beyond what I would have ever expected from a veterinarian. I must say this place is wonderful. My moms fur baby had to stay for two nights this past weekend. They were so kind and caring. Also very accommodating to my frequent visits to bring her food and spend time with her. I would recommend Elm Point to everyone!! Thank you so much for giving Missy great care!!
I was at Elm Point roughly two weeks ago. I came home from work to my cat freezing and throwing up blood. I called my regular vet in a panic, who refused to see me because I didn't have an appointment. After calling around, the people at Elm Point VOLUNTEERED to stay open so I could come in, even though they were getting ready to close. I brought her in as quickly as possible, but unfortunately there was nothing to be done and she had to be put to sleep. I can't thank Dr.Lange and the staff enough for all of the care and compassion they gave our bunny Puffer. They did everything they could for him and they all loved him very much. There is nowhere else I would even think of to take care of our pets. They are so wonderful!
Doctors Little and Lange, have so much compassion for your pet. Staff is equally concerned. Knowledgeable and won't try and talk you into any test or things not needed for pet.
They are awesome with our dogs Kya and Mia. They saved Kya life.
Not only does the entire staff show caring for the pets, but they are understanding and patient with those of us leaving our loved ones. I have not boarded my 14 yr old pet since she was 4 because she gets so stressed. This was a big chance to test her and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The quality is the best.
Dr. Little and the Elm Point Animal Hospital staff are really great with my dog Rocky, who is a bit of a handful. They do their best to make sure his visit is quick and painless; and still throughly answer all my questions and address any concerns. Thank-you!
