Dr Little is amazing kept me calm and he took care of my little Miss Bella very well and all her puppies! I couldn't be more happier with the outcome! And Tiffany Caviness she was amazing and such great help on and off the clock! �
I just got my first ever puppy. Was so excited and found out my puppies liter mates all came down with parvo. So I got my dog Jameson in the day after I called. They took him and treated him, they didn’t even have me as a normal patient yet. The amount of emotions and stress I felt went away with the staff and doctor Randazzo. She called me twice a day or more to give me check ups on Jameson. She explained everything to me so I would understand. Also Jonathan would send me pictures and updates as well via email. My Roxie was not feeling well and we had to go see Dr Petty, blood work shown her leukemia had come back and she had to be admitted to the hospital. It was tough on me and her, we aren't apart that much and if I go out of town I have Emily come stay at my house with her. She was in very good hands there, I called numerous times and they were always so reassuring, sent me pictures, I don't think people really understand the relationship with a pet unless you have a pet. Our youngest daughter came to your open house and was so impressed. We switched our pets and have been so impressed. The vets are so caring and we adore the grooming department!! Very, very pleased!
Dr. Randazzo is so kind and caring. She made my timid little pups feel comfortable. She takes the time to explain everything, answer all questions, and always goes the extra mile to make sure she has checked out everything on my fur babies. Her bedside manner is impeccable. You can instantly feel how much she loves animals the minute you meet her! We are lucky to have her as our vet, and we are lucky to have Ashley as a tech, who is also more than helpful and loving to my pups each time we see her! Great team. Thank you guys... read more
Dr. Dan Lange partner at Elm Point Animal Hospital is wonderful and really cares for his clients and their families. His team stays on top of all the latest technology. Their new addition also includes a separate cat entrance with soft music and pheromones. Dr. Dan is a veterinarian whom I know, like and trust.
