I boarded my Boston Terrier while I was on vacation. I chose this facility because they had 24/7 care and she had recently been diagnosed with diabetes. I called every day while I was out of town and was reassured she was doing fine. I picked her up yesterday and knew right away that she wasn’t fine. She was visibly thinner and yelped whenever I touched her head and neck. This morning I took her regular vet. Our Labradoodle just had his first puppy visit with a groomer. Erin was great. Hamilton loved her. We can see his eyes, his paws are trimmed and he looks and smells so much better. No more puppy pee smell! Always get the best of care a Elm Point Animal Hospital. We've been taking our pets to Dr. Lange for about 20 years now.
My cat Abby was very very sick and Elm Point literally saved her life. Many thanks to Dr Little and all the vet techs who took care of my baby.

I only give five stars because that is the maximum allowed. Having grown up in St. Charles, we have been to a few different veterinarians through the years. Nowhere have I ever seen the genuine caring and compassion that I see at Elm Point. Dr. Lange and the crew are just the best. They really do care. We've even been to the "free clinics", but the hassle and small savings are not worth it. I will go to EPAH every time. I would recommend that you do, too!
Dr. Lange has been our vet for over 20 years. I know that our dogs are getting the best of care from all of the staff at Elm Point. I wouldn't go anywhere else. <3
I had my first visit here today with my 2 Bostons. We are switching from more of a chain veterinary clinic - what a difference! Mr. Little and all his staff were excellent. Highly recommend - wish we had switched sooner.
Dr. Petty & his assistant yesterday morning were both AMAZING! My O'Shea loved them & allowed them to give her shots without even flinching! I took a tour of the cat boarding facility & needless to say, O'Shea will stay at Elm Point while I am on vacation!
