RecommendedGreat place. I have taken my pets for years to see Dr. Lang and Dr. little. They always take great care of my pets. Groomers are also awesome. I have a senior dog now and they always make sure she is well taken care of. I would recommend this place and give it 1000 stars if I could. I love that they have updated and built a bigger place also. It looks so nice. The staff is always very courteous. They have great email options and records online for you to view.

RecommendedThe vet staff is very caring and knowledgeable. We have had dogs for over 50 years and we've never had such a thorough exam performed on our new dog. We also love the trainers and the daycare staff. Having the vet and a 24/7 nurse right there makes boarding in the future less stress free for us.

RecommendedFor more than two decades Dr. Lange has tended to my dogs, Guinea pigs, and birds with compassion, plain explanations, and reasonable alternatives when I was reluctant to accept a recommendation. I wish he was my doctor.

RecommendedThe staff at this hospital was amazing! Sam and Suzie took my distress call regarding my dog that had passed away at our residence. They invited us to drive Cheech (our loved one) to the hospital. Cheech died on the way. They walked us through the process of cremation. They took him back and cleaned him up. They let us stay with him as long as we needed. We are not patients of Elm Point but they helped us as we were. Thank you Sam and Suzie for your warm hearts and caring souls. I will always remember your kindness.
