Very caring and compassionate staff!!!!! Also Dr. Lang explains everything and is very compassionate for all the animals. Definitely the best!!!! I’ve been taking my dogs for over 8 years and will never go anywhere else!!!!!!
I totally wrote my appointment down wrong and was LATE! they still got me in and were super nice! the wonderful could tell my boy was nervous (hes had some bad experiences else where) and she didn't hesitate to offer him a treat. he perked right up and started wagging his tail again. each staff member who walked by us, pet him and he LOVED it.
Elm point is by far one of the best veterinary animal hospitals in St Charles Wouldn’t take my two dogs any place else
The employees are amazing and took great care of my Zoey Butters. I was missing her when she stayed the night for her spay, so I called them to send me a picture of her at 1am and they did! I love this place! ❤️
