I have loved Elm Point Animal hospital since i was younger and my parents took their dogs here and now I take my own pup here too. The amount of love and care that all the staff give to us and our sweet boy is incredible. Just to really drive this point home: today, my dog got a little nervous being dropped off in the parking lot, so Kyle picked up my 50 lb. dog and CARRIED him to his appointment. It was so funny and so sweet. I am forever grateful for the care we get here. ❤️❤️
Our chihuahua Butterscotch ate two naproxen pills Thursday at 10 pm and that is very very toxic and potentially deadly for a 10-ish pound furbaby. So we called OFallon Animal Emergency Clinic who has helped us in the past whe she does something like this. They spoke with me about 5 times over the first hour telling me what to do initially, with each person telling me something different. Dr. Little is the best vet out there and his staff are such pet caring people. If you need a new Vet this is the place to go
starting with our vet Dr Little all the way down I cant Express enough how professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable everyone here is. this is the vet you want and you need. I can not thank you enough for care given to our 2 dogs and cat
Even with the social distancing and stay at home orders, Elm Point provided the best care available. I have had three fur babies seen by Dr. Lange.
Very caring and attentive staff and doctors. Always treat my pet as if their own and I never feel rushed to get my questions or concerns answered.
Love this place! Always a pleasant experience with no surprises. Thoroughly explains everything from procedures to cost. Would recommend to anyone! Wish they took care of horses too!
Overall great place to take care of our fur baby’s, clean welcomes great area the Dr I usually see is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease having your babies seen by him, I have been taking my babies to him for 25 years since just after he went into practice, and one of the things that helps me rate him so highly is his compassion.
