My visit to Elm Dental from start to finish I was very pleased Everyone was very friendly, Helpful. I really do not like to go to the Dentist, they were so nice and put me at ease I won't mine going back.The Dentist was very awhere of my feelings and did not experience any pain or discomfort. I was pleased with the service I received from the dentist and his assistants. A few suggestions: Ask patient if they are OK with room temperature and if cold, offer a blanket. I did not know they had blankets available until I mentioned that I was cold; then I was provided a blanket which made my visit much more comfortable. The wait time between the dentist working on other patients could be improved a bit. I'm not used to sharing a dentist between many other patients at the same time.
