What I like The office is close to my home. My dental technician is very thorough. I feel secure that my teeth are well cared for. I appreciate the reminder call the day before my appointment and the tip to take my pre-meds one hour before the appointment. What I don't like: I am contacted by email and phone far too far in advance of my visit. One month before, two weeks before, a week before, and (the only call I appreciate) the day before my appointment.
