Happy to give to this organization on GivingTuesday because of the hard work and dedication they have to their animals. We adopted Maize (formerly Nova) back in January, who came with a slew of behavioral issues because of his experience early on in his short life. Elmbrook will not allow me to take back the dog my mom paid 350$ for and want me to pay 250$ to get her back don't worry I will get this done army style

Brandon, the dog was surrendered to us and already had several adoption applications by the time you expressed interest in adopting her per our previous conversations.
We adopted our Josie 2 months ago. Had her vet check up and she is doing amazing. We are so happy we choose Elmbrook Humane Society!
Adopted an 2 year old Lab, took him to the veterinarian 3 days after they brought him home. Vet discovered 3 infections one serious that he is unable to walk. Very disappointed Elmbrook did a poor job in ensuring our dog was healthy before we adopted. Cost us over $400 in vet bill we did opt for the pet insurance but they have a waiting period of 7 days. We were not going to let our new dog suffer that long to get treatment.
I adopted my dog from here going on 2 years ago and I cannot thank them enough for everything they do for animals in need.
Excellent staff and volunteers. Beautiful facility.

Adopted a dog (Henry) in August of '16 and he was our first dog. Recently adopted another dog from a different human society and realized how elmbrook goes the extra mile when it comes to service and care for the animals. Keep up the good work!
