We personally enjoyed the staff as well as the doctors. Everyone was quite friendly as well as professional. We had several incidents where we had to call them over the weekend & they had to meet us in the office, during closed hours. Not once did they ever complain that it was inconvenient or bothersome. The communication from the staff to the patients & parents is well respected and appreciated. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing such services. They entire office is such a great team!
They are the best! Dr. Ellis was the only one who took my son's case after 3 orthodontists rejected him for being so young, having baby teeth still and the severity of his problem. We were so lucky to have meet him. The treatment took longer than expected but Dr. Ellis made sure the work was done right! Thank you so much, my son is now a young man with a great smile!
Four out of five of our family members have been patients of Dr Ellis and Dr Moon. We are thoroughly pleased with our results!!!Phenomenal Doctors and Staff made us feel like part of their family. You guys rock!!
