I Took both my kids and then decided it was my turn for braces. For almost 6 years we have been going to their office & now that I am done I will truly miss going. Everyone there is kind, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. While Dr. Ellis and Dr. Moon did a fabulous job on both of my sons, because of the experience I had, I cannot recommend this practice. Initially, I was an Invisalign patient. My first experience in the chair should have been a red flag, but I trusted this practice 110%, so pressed on. Without consent, Dr. Moon shortened one of my lateral incisors as it appeared to have a chip (just the way my tooth developed). Wow! Dr. Ellis & Moon are wonderful, caring and are perfectionists! The entire staff is so sweet and friendly. I wouldn't anywhere else!
My daughter just finished her first round at Ellis/Moon Orthodontics. When we were shopping out locations, Dr Ellis identified a problem with her bite that required additional work. Their quote was less then the other locations, and included the work that was needed to fix her bite. We took their photos to our dentist and he confirmed that he missed the bite issue, and the extra work was necessary.
