I called all the surrounding barbecue places to order a smoked turkey for my annual Easter family dinner with 25 to 30 people attending. No one wanted any part of finding a whole turkey this time of year and didn’t seem interested in trying. first time there and will be be back for sure . Well worth the drive from Cedar Hill , great service , great food , sorry I have not been there before now .
I had brisket and ribs, so tender and moist. All of us loved everything!!!! If we are ever in the area again we will be visiting here again.
My sons and I really enjoyed our meal the other night at Ellis County BBQ. The ladies working there were friendly and our server took the time to tell us all about the menu and help us pick out the best sides. Everything was delicious and the ice cold IBC rootbeer in the bottle is a favorite of ours. Thank you guys for a great experience and we'll be back again soon. :-)
