Terrible customer service! The Kcups won’t work in my Keurig 2.0 so they blamed me telling me to clean the nozzle (which I even did) Every other brand worked perfectly but not even one of their Kcups would work! So they said back in November they would send me a free box of kcups and an adapter. NOTHING ever came. I even wrote to them again and nothing not even a response. Don’t buy the Kcups they don’t work and you’ll be out your money.
