Did a good job installing exterior lighting. They also recommended some kind of sensor or meter that they installed near the panel that is supposed to reduce our electric bill by 10 - 30%.
They came out and worked in the rain, with electricity. Friendly technician. They did everything I asked, on a rainy day. It took a little less than t 2 hrs, and cost $220. He checked the power to the ac, checked the ac breaker, replaced the breaker, fixed a simple wiring problem on a ceiling fan, and fixed whatever was wrong with an outdoor security light.
Did a good job but took a bit of time to return phone call.
Actually problem had been diagnosed by another electrician as burnt out underground wiring. EP arrived onsite when snow was all around and quickly determined that the wiring was fine by locating another junction box and tightening the fittings. So instead of a quoted $350 they only charged me a $180 service call!
My experience with Electric Pros was AWESOME!!!!!! They were professonal, fast, and will be the only company working with me on any future projects.
They responded to our request quickly, came out on Sunday (Christmas weekend), and fixed the problem. We appreciated the fast turn around time.
They came right on time, charged less tha n the quote, finsihed the job promptly, were courteous and cleaned up after.
I submitted my request for an electrician and within five minutes Mr Reynolds called me. We set an appointment, he came over and he was able to identify and fix the problem. Mr. Reynolds was very pollte and professional, and we have added his company to our contact list. Thank you ServiceMagic for providing this service and we will continue to use it as needed!!
