The overall experience was good. The only concern which lowered my overall rating was the the technician was late due to another job he was working on. I left work early to be in the suggested timing window and then he called notifying me he would be running late. With combined traffic issues he was running about 1 1/2 hours late. I'mean satisfied with the work they performed.

It's been 2 months after I initially got the job done and I still don't have lights in the game room (they installed the wrong ones the first time, then took a month to order the right ones, then installed them wrong, and now they no called no showed today) and I am fed up. No customer service skills. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!

The technician that did the job did not communicate with me during the job to tell me to get the other parts and so on and quit working for us during the time of your job and I know that not your fault but we got the job completed with not knowing everything about it. Also we only charged for enough light to go on cove one time. that wasn't enough light for you so we came back for free and we gave you enough lights to go around 3 times for free to make more light for you.
