Very disappointed. I had very high hopes for Ellie Mental Health for my counseling needs, especially coming from a mental health background myself and being familiar with their practice. While the therapy sessions itself were fine, I have now been in a back and forth fiasco with Lyra and Ellie’s billing. I was told I was being charged a cash pay amount for only two of my sessions regardless of the other sessions being covered and even confirming with a Lyra representative my EAP plan covered all sessions. I had my first therapy session today and it was the absolute best experience. I love my therapist, she’s already helped me so much. I am grateful.
I experienced billing issues along with no therapist available who is trauma informed. Pretty disappointed that there is not a better diverse of experienced providers here.
This place is so amazing and welcoming! All the therapist enjoy seeing their patients and make them feel welcomed. This is a great place to begin a therapeutic journey!
