Eller Developments is avoiding us! Eller built our home 2 years ago. We liked it when we first moved in, but when our 1 yr warranty was up, it was somewhat frustrating trying to coordinate with the company. Now, one of the repairs done at our 1 year is broken again (leaky shower drain, leaking down through the ceiling onto our floor). Eller won't call us back, and has been avoiding us. I believe they have recently changed their name too, which isn't a good sign for a business.
