On 03/02/2022, this is my first time to see Dr. Ellen Peng for teeth cleaning, when she saw my teeth, she asked me: did you brush your teeth every day? I replied that I do brush and floss 4 times everyday. She was surprised and asked me to use floss and brush my teeth at her office and I showed her my daily routine. She found that the way of brush and floss was incorrect and showed me how to do brush and floss. That day, I found she did a very detailed cleaning which I can feel. I don't know why the bad reviews. I don't know if she's the best dentist in the world but she has been my dentist for the past 10 years and I trust her and can't complain. Maybe is true that sometimes I wait an extra 5 minutes but some of the things the other reviewers have said are simply not true. It is a clean office and she has the latest dental tech (like computer xray machine, and so on). recommended.
Worst DDS – Ms. Peng doesn't deserve any star! When my wife went to Peng's to fill the cavity. Ms. Peng applied anesthesia wrongly causing my wife's tongue numb for several weeks. When my wife contacted Ms. Peng for her mis-practice, Ms. Peng just said it would take months or years to recover as she found out from her last patient. We cannot believe such inexperienced DDS can perform her profession. Please stay away from her if you can.
she stinks – Place is stinking clean the smell of cheap chlorine. No privacy between the 3 stations available. DVDs are old. Everytime I go is a new receptionist, and new dental assistant. You can hear her yelling to all employees in front of customers. She micromanages everything up to the wazoo. Wait is average 30mins-1hr. Very hard to cancel and find a spot for another appointment, as long as a month. Have changed dentist since
