She put a permanent retainer on my upper teeth. most dentists won't do that because they're likely to break. I paid $300 for it. It broke withing the first 3 months, no surprise. She wanted me to pay another $300 for a new retainer. I told her she should give me the retainer for free because she assured me the permanent retainer would last a life time. Bridge work was great and paid very good attention to fit. no issues. Cavities and cleaning this office does a super job at making sure you are comfortable.

Excellent service! Super quick and easy. We arrived for our 1p appointment about 10min early and we were seen right away. I took my 3yr old daughter to this office for her first ever dentist appointment, and of course, I was so nervous that she would do well and not cry. Megan was very patient and understanding when it came time to complete the x-rays - it was obvious she had worked with small kids before. Went in for a cavity, needed a crown. The anesthesia used did not work, so it hurt and I could feel her drilling on my tooth. I kept twitching and pulling back so she just stopped and said "that should be enough" and let me go. My tooth hurts more now than when I went in to get it fixed. Now I need to go to a different dentist to fix what she did. What a waste of $1200! NEVER going back and would NOT recommend anyone going there!

I went to see Dr. Nam and her and her staff were so helpful from the beginning. The office is very clean and it felt like I was at a spa. After the initial exam, Dr. Nam told me exactly what I needed. I went back to the office after a week for my treatment. It was so easy, the cost was excellent, facilities were great, and the Dr. was amazing as the first time. I love this place. I'm so glad my niece recommended this Dr. to me.
