Every time we went in for my child's appointment we waited because the doctor was talking to pharmaceutical reps, different reps every time too. You could tell that these people were pharmaceutical reps and weren't patients because of how they were dressed and they also never had children with them. Once we were finally with Dr. Furlong Julia we always felt rushed and she became visibly annoyed any time we asked questions about our child.
