Dr. Scherl is one of those rare doctors who is not hyper-focused on her specialty and the GI issue you have. Of course, she is an amazing GI and excellent in addressing GI issues and concerns. And looks at overall GI health (despite her subspecialty) to make sure there are no ancillary GI issues which could affect the primary condition. Dr.Scherl is one in a billion.She is not only brilliant in her field but empathetic and goes out of her way to follow up.I have been her patient for over 20 years and her recommendations have been outstanding.Thank you Dr . Scherl for all you do!
Dr. Scherl sees me once every one to two years yet makes me feel like she knows me better than those infrequent visits might suggest. She asks about my general well-being and refers to notes from my other physicians. Then she thoroughly reviews the results of the latest diagnostic procedure compared to previous data. I always leave feeling well-informed and well cared for.
I have known and benefited from Dr. Scherl for over 20 years now and I am as healthy as I am because of her.
