Dr Scherl is the best GastroEnterologist in her field. She saved my life many years ago, when another GE misdiagnosed and she recognized immediately a hidden cancer. She is always kind, attentive, sympathetic PLUS having credentials in her specialty - up the kazoo! She's everything you want in a doctor.
She is the only physician that was able to control my ulcerative colitis. I literally don't know if I'd be here without her. She is always very thorough, professional, friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable.
Video consultation. Listened carefully, explained clearly, took immediate steps to link me to a very busy specialist who I saw the next day. During our consultation Dr. Scherl dictated a letter to my primary care doctor explaining the consultation. Great description in visit follow-up notes. First-rate experience. Thumbs-up also to Weill Cornell for using Zoom in video consultations instead of some clunky proprietary system. I have known Dr. Scherl for well over ten years now and I have come to trust her completely as a physician and both for her expertise and for how she listens and follows through. She has improved the quality of my life from how she has helped me manage my health problems. I would be happy to recommend her to others.

My visits have basically been virtual. She tries to get to the root of the problem but sometimes I don't feel as if there is enough follow-up but these days a lot of the doctors don't follow up as much as they should.
My questions were answered and I understood all clearly. It is always a pleasure visiting and talking g with Dr.Scherl
DR. SCHERL IS A REAL DOCTOR. She saved my life few years ago. She cares about every patient.
