TIRED of my stylists leaving – I used to love Elle when I first started going, but I have to say, I'm REALLY REALLLY REALLY annoyed that now I'm on what will be my FOURTH stylist in less than a year, because everyone I find there keeps leaving. I had originally given it 5 stars a year ago, but now I'm just so tired of people changing and me having to get used to a new person every 4 times I go..............there must be something up if all these great stylists keep leaving. Marie gave me a great cut! – I saw Marie on my first visit - I can never decide how short to cut my hair but she was very patient and worked with me until it got to the perfect length. Then I received a relaxing hot towel treatment as well as a paraffin hand dip. I noticed that everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. The service was exceptional and the staff members, especially the girl at the front desk, were very pleasant. I will definitely go back!
OUTRAGEOUS PRICES! – I have had good results a few times at this salon....it has not been consistent results. I was once called and asked just hours away from my appointment (which was booked months in advance) "did you need your hair drieed?" WHAT? is this al a carte or what! yes I expect my hair dried since I'm dropping over $250.00 for color and cut - what is this! Are they paying New York City prices on their lease location - I doubt it....what warrants these prices? I feel like I'm getting gouged every time I go there -... read more
Fabulous Facial! – I've now had my second facial with LeeAnn and could not be more pleased. She's got a great sense of my individual skin care needs and I leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Best of all, I've received numerous comments about how wonderful my skin looks. I'm pretty fickle when it comes to skin care products, but I am really enjoying the Eminence products that she has recommended (no hard sell...which is great). I highly recommend the entire Elle experience!
Marie is wonderful! – I love Elle Hair Spa. Marie is so wonderful. I'm so happy to have her so close to my job - I can pop in and get a cut and style right on my way home. She has a wonderful eye for color and she is a perfectionist. I love her work so much, she did my daughter's hair and makeup for her wedding and did a fantastic job. The salon is great. Very relaxing. Always offer snacks, beverages, etc. I've NEVER had to wait for my appt. they are always on time. AND I LOVE THAT THEY DO REMINDER CALLS A COUPLE OF DAYS BEF... read more
Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else! – Erica is fabulous. I love my cut and my most recent color is exactly what I wanted. She listens and wants the best for your hair and you. And, whether it's a cup of water, a cup of M&Ms or a glass of wine, the folks at Elle will treat you right. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Love em' – I have lived in Raleigh for about 4 years now and I found a hair stylist when i first moved. Not so long after, she moved and the company would not tell me where she went, so i tried a few other stylists and just didnt like them. I have really dreaded getting my hair cut since then and its been a couple of years. Wonderful staff! – I have dreaded getting my hair cut since I've been in the Raleigh area until now. The staff at Elle is very friendly and I always feel as if they truly appreciate my patronage. Mary Taylor is a delight! Great scissor skills and fun personality. I finally feel I have found a place that I can look forward to going every time I need to get a trim or a whole new look!
Erica is Amazing!!! – Finally after searching for 6 years for a great stylist/colorist I have found it in Erica. She is so amazing and talented. Took time to consult with me first about my likes and dislikes, my hair was very dry and brassy and in my first visit she transformed my color and cut to soft and natural looking highlights. I am amazed at the results, Lauren who also assisted was awesome as well. The scalp massage and complementary paraffin hand treatment was also fantastic.
