Love the place – I love this place. Very friendly, great atmosphere, and very comfortable place. I have tried many salons in the North Raleigh area. Everytime I find a stylist I really like they move or change locations, but I think I have found a salon I can stick with, finally. I love my color and cut. Ashley did a great job and Erica is so nice and really cares about the people coming into the salon. I would recommend it to all my friends.
Couldnt be HAPPIER!!!!!! – I have been going to Elle for 2 years now and the service only keeps getting better! I have regular appointments there every 6 weeks, I even schedule out months in advance to make sure I can be seen. All of the people at Elle pamper me! its like having a mini vacation every 6 weeks! My color and cut are always perfect and Erica and the rest of her team always ensure that I'm happy and well taken care of.
Worst Customer Service in Raleigh!!!! – I got an appointment with Jen due to the CitySearch reveiws and things went great. When I arrived at my following appointment I was informed (20 minutes after appointment time) Jen was no longer there. I got my haircut from another stylist and it was ok. I scheduled a 3rd appointment and that is when things went completely horrible! Elle Hair Spa is fantastic!! – I had a hair appointment today at Tanas Hair Studio on Durant Rd. My appointment time was 4:00. I was on Falls of the Neuse about 2 miles from Durant Rd. at 4:00. I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late - they told me that the lady that cuts my hair would not be able to see me. Jen transformed my hair! – After a really bad haircut and color a few months back, my friend told me about her stylist Jen and assured me that Jen could fix what I thought was not possible. I brought a picture in to Jen (the same picture that I had shown my prior stylist) and Jen studied the picture and told me all the steps that it would take for me to get there. Awesome! A great relaxing experience with Perks!!! – I've had chemical straightening done for my thick, difficult hair but for the first time had Marie do a Brazilian Blowout. Marie explained all the steps for the treatment, ready to answer any questions. Fantastic results! Hair is soft, smooth, and easily managable. I love Jen Shayya!! – Jen Shayya has been my hairstylist for the past three years. Recently I got a call that she was no longer at her prior salon and I was terrified!! The salon would not tell me where she had gone. The same day I received a call from Jen personally letting me know that she had transferred to Elle Hair Spa!! Thank God she let me know!!
