I went here as a one-off as I was in Melbourne city for the week and needed an appointment done for IPL. The woman that attended me was very sweet but a few things ticked me off. This was the first awful experience at an Ella Bachè. I had full face waxing booked. Firstly, soon after I arrived I was asked by the lady at the reception area if I knew about computers as she had some technical issues. Then she forgot my name. Then she proceeded to do a facial cleansing and cleansed off my Matrixyl 3000 serum which helps reduce swelling. I had a wonderful relaxing massage today by Ally and she is super professional from start to finish. This was my first time at Ella Bache in Collins Square and I was able to pop in during my work hours. I have really benefited from Ally’s appointment and felt relieved of my lower back pain afterwards. Thank you and see you soon.

Since August, I have been to Ella Bache for multiple treatments. Eleanora is my therapist. She has been extremely helpful in giving me advice, treatments and she has recommended the right products for my skin. I really appreciate that I have met her before my wedding.
