I really like the staff and how they treat my dog. I like how they will try and make their best guesses (the pretty obvious ones) on what might be the problem before doing any other exams that cost a lot of money. My dog had an ear infection and instead of taking an exam they were pretty sure that the medicine they gave us should help. They said if it won't help, come and get the exam done to see what the problem is. But it helped! So I know I can trust them.
Dr. Bal is excellent. I will definitely continue to bring my 4 Yorkies and Cat here, for as long as the great service is provided! :)
This clinic has always provided outstanding care to our labrador, The staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and their quality of service is evidence of their joy of what they do. The veterinarians are gentle, courteous, honest,and willing to help keep costs down by discussing what needs to be done immediately vs. what can wait. Our dog is a very beloved family member and this is the only clinic I would trust with his life.
