Have been going here for over 11 years. It has gone downhill. The old staff was amazing. They have a new Dr. Anderson that I had a horrible experience with. I had to tell him what I think was wrong with my cat. He said it was probably a tumor which I know it is not. He also forced me to pay for a rabies shot for my indoor cat. I told the vet tech that my cat is sick and I am not ready to update his shots today. My cat is also an indoor only cat and does not go outside. Thank you so much to the staff for staying past closing yesterday to let my son say his final goodbyes to our big boy Buddy! In this time because of covid I was unable to be with him in the room but able to be on FAceTime just prior and just after where I was able also to say my goodbyes too. So again thank you for staying later we appreciate you all it meant everything to us! 💙

I can’t thank Dr Singh in particular enough for the endless work her has done with our rescue dogs. He has an exceptional way with animals and has has remarkable response from some of our more scared animals. His skill and devotion are appreciated and his team of staff, Rachel, Stephanie and Jennifer the diplomat at the front desk, have never failed to provide essential explanation and professional, kind, services to our animals that are often traumatize and very scared.
